Hale Street Stories

The Hale Street world came to life one yucky, cold winter day while texting with my best writing buddies and friends, Amy Knupp and Emily Leigh. I think we might have been lusting over cupcakes at the time. One thing led to another, and we went from “We really should write that,” to “Oh, wow! We’re writing that!”

Hale Street is a fictional area in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The neighborhood is populated with as many fun, quirky and interesting characters as we could dream up. Characters with stories we wanted to tell in a place we sort of wanted to live in.

Each story is designed to be read as a stand-alone, but we hope you love the world as much as we do and will want to read every one.
